BACKGROUND
Our clients Daniel and Sara are a professional couple working in the IT sector who migrated to Australia in 2016.
They bought their owner occupier home in Melbourne in 2020. With own home sorted, they were looking for the next growth chapter in their lives.

OUTCOME
Our team sourced an exclusive 4-bedroom House & Land package in a growing suburb and helped them secure at less than $40k deposit.
Clients also embraced a savings target recommended by our team and are actively working towards it to save as a deposit for their next investment.
While the first investment property in under construction, due to its location and it being an off-market opportunity, it has already grown in value. Upon completion later this year, it will help Daniel & Sara to secure their next investment property, which is way sooner than they anticipated.
